Summary

CPE HG100 is a co-polyester filament for 3D printing with a density of 1.25 g/cm3 and melt flow index of 1.6-5.9 g/10 min. It has mechanical properties including tensile strength of 47-48 MPa, elongation at break of 150%, and flexural strength of 71 MPa. Thermal properties include a heat distortion temperature of 80°C and glass transition temperature of 90°C. The filament has optical properties with haze < 1.0% and transmittance of 90%. Recommended print settings include a temperature of 255-275°C and hot pad of 70-85°C. The filament is durable, tough, and has better thermal and chemical resistance compared to ABS or PLA, with less odor and shrinkage during printing. It is also eco-friendly, containing a bio-based monomer, and can be recycled, with a guarantee of food contact certification for all colors.
