FSD160NT is a low Dk/Df high-frequency NT material made from high-temperature-resistant polytetrafluorethylene and imported nano-ceramic as main raw materials, using copolymerization and high-temperature suspension polymerization. It has a dielectric constant of 16±0.08, low loss factor, and high stability in high and low-frequency signal testing, making it ideal for wireless and digital communication applications. The material has high strength, heat resistance, and cold resistance, and is suitable for environmentally friendly lead-free processing. It can be processed using standard FR4 material PCB manufacturing processes with minor adjustments. The product series has good electrical properties, low thermal expansion coefficient, and excellent dimensional stability, making it suitable for applications such as Beidou antennas, base station antennas, converters, and low-noise amplifiers. Typical applications include military radar, missile guidance systems, automotive high-speed transmission systems, and aviation and maritime navigation systems. The material meets industrial standards such as UL 94 V0, IPC-4103, and RoHS compliance.
