THASE 8000 Series Rim Exit Devices are available in two models: PD8810S32D (Panic-Rated Rim Exit Device) and PD8810F32D (Fire-Rated Rim Exit Device). These devices are certified by UL/cUL Listed and ANSI Certified, meeting standards for panic exit hardware and 3-hour fire exit hardware. The devices are suitable for single and double doors with mullion, with the 8810F model used for UL listed fire labeled single doors up to 4’ x 8’ or 8’ x 8’ double doors. The exit devices are available in various finishes, including US3, US4, US10, US10B, US26, US26D, and US32D. Specifications include device lengths of 33-15/32” (850mm) for short devices and 44-3/4” (1137mm) for long devices, door widths of 36” for 29” to 36” doors and 48” for 33” to 48” doors, minimum stile width of 4-1/4” (107mm), latch bolt with 3/4" (19mm) throw and deadlocking design, and strikes with 801 (panic) and 802 (fire) options. Dogging kits and mounting fasteners are also available, with options for cylinder dogging, less dogging, and machine screws or sex nuts and bolts for mounting. The standard mounting height is 40” (1016mm) from the finished floor, with a projection of 3-1/16” (78mm) for the pushbar in the neutral position and 2-19/32” (66mm) when depressed.
