Nestled in northwestern Tuscany near Lucca Walls, the Fattoria Sardi estate spans diverse landscapes including woods, cultivated fields, olive groves, and 18 hectares of vineyards. Owned by the Sardi Counts for over two centuries, it benefits from a unique microclimate influenced by the Apuane and Appennino mountains and the Tyrrhenian Sea.

Production & Philosophy:
- Grapes: A blend of 75% Sangiovese, 15% Vermentino, and 10% Syrah.
- Organic & Biodynamic: Compliance with European organic agriculture standards, using biodynamic tools and minimal added products, including small sulfite quantities.
- Vinification: Hand harvesting, extended maceration, and four months of aging on lees contribute to the wine's complexity.
- Soil Management: Meticulous preparation ensures rich oxygenated soils through plowing, sowing, and tilling, avoiding chemical herbicides and fertilizers in favor of natural methods.
