Summary

Müller Thurgau is produced in the Soprabolzano zone at high slopes between 400-700 meters above sea level. The soil is of limestone and porphyric origin. The vineyard is trained with a simple pergola system and has a high planting density of 3,500-4,000 vines per hectare. Harvesting takes place at the end of September or beginning of October. The wine has an alcohol volume of 12.50% and is served at a temperature of 8-10°C. It is recommended to serve the wine in a medium tulip glass, narrowing at the rim. The ageing potential is 2 years.

Description

Pale straw-yellow colour with an intense, reasonably aromatic nose showing notes of nutmeg, nettle and white peach. Fresh, full, agreeable, lengthy palate. Very good as an aperitif, also goes well with seafood risotto, grilled fish and fried food in general.
