1. Housekeeping

Bylaw Updates: Chad to update and distribute via Weekly Wire for student feedback.

TA support for neuroscience course updates (Raj & Flora to determine).
SEG email list updates (Leigh Ann and Ethan finalizing; Communications team managing distribution).

2. Election Status Update

Clerkship: Sienna Searles
Foundations: Rachel Harrison
Subscriptions closed this week.

3. Project Updates

Exam Review: Proposal moved to May Foundations meeting. Laurie Gelles collaborating with EdTech and MELT on feasibility.
Calendar Release: Proposal suggests release one month before first day of class; to be presented at next Foundations meeting.
Clerkship Grading: Eliminating prerequisite cut-off for honoring; will be discussed at the next clerkship meeting.
Radiology Anatomy Integration: Dr. Walsh interested, awaiting COVID resolution. Dr. Hielscher suggested using donor body sections. A PowerPoint of images is planned for student access.
Student Communication: Raj to explore creating a dedicated student-facing page on the Commons.
Clerkship Study Resources: In progress, aiming for final version by class of 2022 entrance; utilizing LimeSurvey and COMTS input.
Study Spaces Document: Found in resources tab of Weekly Wire; Chad discussing with Alice Stokes; awaiting input before recirculation.
TA Options: Chad working with Dr. Cichoski-Kelly on expanding TA roles; Medical Student Service Leadership to follow up.
Jumpstart VIC: Maggie to follow up with Drs. Everse and Tracy regarding online components, including discussion boards monitored by TAs and wrap-up documents.
SEG Onboarding Document: Rachel, Megan, & Kelly to draft.
Open Note RQ’s: Will to follow up with Dr. Moore.
Independent vs Active Learning Study: Will exploring novel questions for online learning evaluation.

4. Miscellaneous

Global Health program cancelled; potential for increased funding for other summer experiences/research.
