- mind. 1x vegetarisches Hauptgericht, Bio-Gerichte wenn möglich
- mind. 8x Milch/Milchprodukte, 20x Kartoffeln/Getreide/Reis in 4 Wochen
- täglich Obst am Nachmittag, ausreichend ungesüßte Getränke
- regionale und Bio-Lebensmittel wenn möglich
- Mittagessen zwischen 12 und 13 Uhr, max. 60 Minuten bei mind. 60 Grad warmgehalten
- Kinder wählen unter Anleitung zwei Gerichte für zwei Wochen aus, mit bestimmten Kriterien wie Gemüse, vegetarisches und fleischhaltiges Gericht, keine Wiederholungen, Bio-Gerichte wenn möglich, kein Schweinefleisch und keine Süßspeisen.
