Objective:
To develop a system that can construct 3D objects from given 3D information, allowing for the creation of gadgets that can be outputted on a 3D printer.
Requirements:
- Convert volume information (dns6, mrc, rec) or atomic coordinates (PDB format) to STL format
- Reconstruct sub-volumes floating in space by adding supports
- User-friendly GUI design
