### Planning Your Visit:
- COVID-19 Safety Measures: Face coverings are mandatory for all visitors aged 2 and above during education programs. While fully vaccinated guests are no longer required to wear masks in indoor spaces, following CDC guidelines is recommended. Hand hygiene stations are available throughout the park.
- Chaperones: One adult chaperone per 10 children is required at all times.
- Attire: Wear appropriate clothing for outdoor activities with closed-toe shoes, socks, sunglasses, insect repellent, hats, and sunscreen. Umbrellas or rain ponchos are optional.
- Parking: Buses should use the designated bus parking area on the far side of the lot. Schools are encouraged to use private carriers to maximize Zoo time.
- Late Arrivals: Contact (407) 323-4450, ext. 121, 123, 125, or 0 if running late. Late groups may have their program adjusted or cancelled if not contacted in advance.
- Food and Drinks: Outside food is prohibited inside the Zoo. No hard-sided non-fabric containers with lids are allowed for lunches. The snack bar offers various options, but refilling water bottles is available at the Discovery Center.
