Building 146 Wood Waste and Box Room 28:

- Entered via a projecting porch connected to the railway platform.
- Roof: Bituminous roofing felt replacement is missing around the perimeter, allowing water penetration. Cracking is present below the reinforced concrete slab.
- Walls: Generally in reasonable condition but show cracking at high levels due to roof distortion. The north elevation has more spalled bricks and evidence of a small enclosure.
- Interior: Porch is well-preserved with original plaster and paint. Main space shows water ingress but the roof slab is intact. Walls retain original cementitious plaster, paint, and shift markings. Synthaprufe floor covering is partially covered in debris.
- Railway Platform: Brick substructure is badly cracked and delaminating. Synthaprufe coating is missing along the western edge, exposing the reinforced concrete. Steps at the southern end are also damaged.
