A Computer Program for Simultaneous Refinement of Orientation Matrix and Modulation Vectors

Abstract:

NADA is a computer program designed to simultaneously refine both the orientation matrix and modulation vector(s) of modulated crystals from peak positions measured in single-crystal diffraction experiments. It addresses a gap in existing software by allowing for re-indexing of peaks (main and satellite reflections) using higher-dimensional indices (hklm1, hklm1m2, or hklm1m2m3) and refining all relevant parameters in a single least-squares cycle.
