4. ECE Evolution System (ECEEV): Identifies opportunities for service evolution based on changing care needs.

Evaluation:

The ECE framework was evaluated empirically using an adapted version of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). A survey with healthcare and elderly care experts assessed the perceived utility and applicability of the ECE approach. The results highlight the potential benefits and areas for improvement in implementing such a system.
