ExoStepTM is an exosome FACS capture and detection kit that uses a bead-bound anti-CD63 capture antibody and a fluorochrome conjugated anti-CD9 detection antibody. The kit is designed for the isolation and detection of exosomes from human biofluids and cell culture media.

- Assay Buffer 10X

Protocol:
1. Resuspend capture beads and add to cytometer tube
2. Add ExoStep Incubation Buffer and vortex
3. Add sample and mix gently
4. Incubate overnight at room temperature
5. Wash sample with Assay Buffer 1X
6. Add primary detection antibody and incubate for 60 minutes
7. Wash sample and collect magnetic beads using a magnetic rack or centrifugation

Performance data and warranty information are also provided. The kit is stable until the expiry date stated on the vial label if kept at 2-8°C.
