- Notable breeding events: A tawny owl in Bikbergen with 2 chicks, a hobby in Laarder Wasmeer with 4 chicks, a spotted sandpiper in Laarder Wasmeer and one on Zwarte Berg, respectively with 5 and 3 chicks, and a house sparrow in Dassenbos.
- Welp breeding: The lapwing "bred" twice on the Central heath, with young observed.
- Korhoenders: 20 were observed, including 13 males and 11 females, with 7 first-year and 2 second-year birds.
- New members: J.A.Beddingius, N.S.Verlaat, D.Visser, E.E.de Breuk, L.Schilder-v.Capelle.
- Moved members: V.H.Hom, A.J.v.Noordwijk, I.J.Stomp, J.W.Strijbis, J.v.d.Geld, M.v.d.Vette.
- Land growth: The foundation's land area grew from 1814.7293 ha to 1818.1524 ha by the end of 1970.
