The formula uses the ratio of Rrs(443) to Rrs(565) for organic suspended matter and Rrs(565) for inorganic suspended matter, resulting in a log-scale RMSE of 0.349 and a correlation coefficient of 0.862. The formula is: log10(TSM) = -1.5831 × log10(Rrs(443)/Rrs(565)) + 0.3626 × log10(Rrs(565)) + 1.2096.
