Agenda Items:

1. Call to Order & Adoption of Agenda: Meeting commenced at 9:00 a.m., agenda adopted.

2. Agricultural Service Board (ASB):
- Accepted James Schwindt's report on ASB activities.
- Approved quotes for new spray trucks from Wainalta Motors and Norris Ford.
- Authorized purchase of 2016 Dodge 5500 4x4 gas engine truck from Wainalta Motors.
- Authorized ASB to order spray truck components within 2015 budget.

3. Public Works, Transportation, Safety & Utilities:
- Directors presented reports on departmental activities and projects.
- Welcomed Pam Charles as new Director of Safety & Utilities.
- Approved information letter for Fabyan residents on water usage best practices.
- Approved Director of Safety & Utilities' report.
- Approved Director of Transportation's report.
- Approved Director of Public Works' report, including reclaiming borrow pit and road repairs in consultation with landowner.

4. Construction Projects:
- Requested proposals for engineering services for Hogan Hill Road and Gratton Coulee Road paving projects.
- Authorized Carillion to do overlay repair on Terminal Road for $10,000 plus taxes.
- Amended 2015 construction schedule to extend LR#4 east to North Chauvin Road.
- Authorized use of contracted equipment to repair Range Road 7-0 for $20,000 plus taxes.

5. Finance:
- Approved and paid debit memos and cheques totaling $3,199,248.04.
- Ratified payroll payments totaling $316,913.59 covered by EFTs.
- Adopted financial statement of receipts and disbursements for May 31st, 2015.

6. Administration & Taxation:
- Discussed financing options for Irma's proposed community hall.
- Authorized internal financing (2/3 share) for the hall project to be repaid by Irma Recreation Area.

7. Partnerships:
- Received and distributed invitation to Wainwright and District Partnership Business Partnership Luncheon on June 25th, 2015.
