Summary

Kumar et al. experimentally investigated the influence of MWCNT, Al2O3, and CuO nanofluids on the performance of an evacuated tube solar collector (ETSC). Four nanofluid combinations with 0.05% volume fraction were created and tested. The results showed that a nanofluid mixture of 50% MWCNT, 40% Al2O3, and 10% CuO achieved a 38.76% higher temperature difference, 33.02% more useful heat absorbed, and 33.04% higher efficiency than distilled water.
