Breeder Responsibilities:

1. Distribute, transfer, or sell seed exclusively under the OSSI Pledge.
2. Include a written notice of the OSSI Pledge with any distribution, transfer, or sale.
3. Existing pre-agreement arrangements can continue without OSSI obligation.

OSSI Commitments:

1. Allow use of its trademarks and logos for designated varieties.
2. Feature the breeder on the OSSI website with a bio and link to their site.
3. List the breeder's OSSI-Pledged varieties on the OSSI website.

The agreement requires both parties to sign and date two copies, one of which OSSI will countersign and return.
