Summary

Peptide AS-48 was purified using flash chromatography with a C8 column, which showed improved resolution. A scouting gradient was used to determine the best elution conditions, and a focused gradient was calculated for purification. The peptide was loaded onto a 50g column and 61mg of pure peptide was obtained. Analytical HPLC confirmed the purity of the peptide. The flash chromatography run time was approximately 9 minutes, with the desired peptide eluting within 5 minutes.
