1. Minutes Approval: Approved minutes from the regular board meeting held on February 2, 2015.

2. High School Marching Band Trip: Approved funding for the high school marching band to attend a competition in Indianapolis (November 11-14, 2015) and authorized the Band Boosters to cover all expenses.

3. Bus Drivers & RESA Process: Ms. Rachael Rigsby and Ms. Cindy Pauley updated the board on the process for becoming a licensed school bus driver. Ms. Luann Bullion (teacher/Union President) and Ms. Meghan Blackburn (teacher) discussed the Resident Educator Summative Assessment (RESA) process required for new teachers.

4. Financial Statements: Approved financial statements from the treasurer for January 2015, including budget comparisons for general and grant funds.

5. Executive Session: Entered into executive session to discuss employment and compensation of public employees.

6. Employment Resolutions:
- Employed Shelby Tate as a substitute custodian for the remainder of the school year at $8.10/hour.
- Employed Josh Moore as a substitute bus driver for the remainder of the school year at $45.50/day.
- Employed Elizabeth Crawford as a part-time/as-needed tutor for the remainder of the school year at $17.50/hour (maximum 28 hours/week).
- Employed Evan Melvin as a full-time bus driver for the remainder of the school year at an annual pro-rated salary of $5,709.60.
- Employed Nick Howard as a high school boys assistant baseball coach for the 2014-2015 season at a salary of $2,911.05.
- Approved volunteers for athletic seasons: Brandon Doyle, J.D. Fraley, William Irby (all middle school baseball), Donna Reynolds (middle school girls softball).
- Employed Elizabeth Crawford and Greg Wilson as substitute aides retroactive to February 6 and February 10, 2015, respectively, at $15.00/hour.
- Employed Brian and Melissa Kling as private pupil transporters for the remainder of the school year at $18.00/day.
- Employed Nitasha Williams as a substitute teacher for the remainder of the school year at $80.00/day.

7. Treasurer Re-employment: Re-employed Bradley Miller as Treasurer through July 31, 2020, with an annual salary of $72,367.10.
