Use Restrictions:

Certified Applicators Only: For retail sale and use only by Certified Applicators or persons under their direct supervision.
Specific States & Counties: Distributed and used only in Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, Washington, and Modoc and Siskiyou Counties of California.
Purpose: Suppression of nematodes (Columbia root knot, northern root knot, stubby-root) and wireworms in soils intended for potato, onion, or carrot cultivation.

Safety Precautions:

High Toxicity: Due to high acute inhalation toxicity and carcinogenicity, handling requires extreme caution.
Label Compliance: Always read and follow the label instructions affixed to the product container.
Application Rates: Varies by pest type (see detailed directions in original document). Generally, application rates range from 11 to 24 gallons per acre depending on crop and soil type.
