Arttu Arjas et al. introduce a Bayesian Gaussian process-based approach for estimating dynamic SNP-heritability and its uncertainty, using a Markov Chain Monte Carlo method for parameter estimation. The proposed method outperforms a two-stage baseline method and a random regression model, with narrower 95% credible intervals and superior quantitative measures.
