Agenda Items:

1. Approval of Meeting Minutes (October 12, 2017):
- Moved by Ms. Drummond, seconded by Mr. Harrison, and approved unanimously.

2. Approval of Board Policy Revisions (3217, 4217, 7217):
- Moved by Ms. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Wilson, and approved unanimously.

3. Approval of Financial Statements (July, August, September 2017):
- Moved by Mr. Beals, seconded by Ms. Drummond, and approved unanimously.

4. Transfer Approvals for 2017-2018 Fiscal Year:
- Moved by Ms. Murphy, seconded by Mr. Harrison, and approved unanimously.

5. Turf Replacement for High School Football Field:
- Mr. Miller, Mr. Mulkey, and Mr. Donges answered questions from the Board regarding turf replacement proposals and potential replacement of bleachers.

6. Contract Approval for High School Turf Field Replacement:
- Resolution 2017-200: To enter into a contract with Vasco Sports Contractors for $278,975 (paid from Synthetic Turf Fund). Anticipated completion in November 2017.
- Moved by Mr. Beals, seconded by Ms. Murphy, and approved unanimously.

7. Board Office Renovations:
- Presentation of bid for renovation by Mr. Miller and Mr. Donges.
- Resolution 2017-201: Waiving further competitive bidding due to urgent necessity and authorizing the Treasurer to contract with Tri-State Enterprise of Flatwoods, KY, for $289,680.
- Moved by Mr. Beals, seconded by Ms. Murphy, and approved unanimously, based on urgent need, one received bid exceeding budget, and market analysis supporting the bid price.

8. Financial Transactions:
- Various fund transfers and expenditures were approved, including:
- General Fund: $130,403 (HB 264 Energy Conservation), $5,500 (Elementary Principal Acct), $3,000 (Middle School Principal Acct), $3,500 (High School Principal Acct), etc.
- High School Athletics: $13,500 (Football), $1,800 (Volleyball), $2,700 (Boys & Girls Basketball), $2,250 (Baseball & Softball), $1,800 (Boys & Girls Track), $1,000 (Cross Country), $4,000 (Golf), $2,700 (Band).
