Water serviced, shock the well, take care of the chemicals
Well pump is 15yrs old and needs to be replaced

Pool Hours 12-7pm
Must be at least 16yrs old to not be supervised by a parent or guardian @ the pool.
The pool will close under the following conditions
Rain
Temperature is less than 70F

Why can we not have a key with access anytime like resorts/Condos?

We will have to confirm with the insurance, the rate will likely be sky high and will drive up the dues if we do this. But we will consider this.

The chaise lounges are in need of being replaced, is this something that can be done

Most of these items were donated by other board members and property owners but yes this is something we are looking into.

Lot 512 – Gypsy Moths
We will not be spraying for gypsy moths this year as it is not needed. If next year you decide you would like your lot sprayed we will discuss at that time.
Lot 805 – Garbage and Break-in on Birch
Maybe we can put together some volunteers for cleanup?
The house in question was seized by the government.
The board will be looking into this.

There are legal issues with spraying the entire association.

We are looking into a restructure and will advise if any changes are made

The association can apply for a LSA grant, this could cover the cost of roads and signs
