CSIR has 37 national laboratories, 39 outreach centers, and 3 Innovation Complexes, with 3460 active scientists and 4350 scientific and technical personnel. CSIR filed 225 Indian patents and 250 foreign patents per year during 2015-20, with a patent portfolio of 1,132 unique patents.

Jansons Institute of Technology is hosting a CSIR-sponsored one-day national seminar on "Sustainable Development – Need of the Hour" on June 3rd, 2022. The institution is NAAC accredited, ISO certified, and approved by AICTE, with a vision of being in the forefront of technical education and research worldwide.

The Department of Science and Humanities comprises four major disciplines: Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English, with highly qualified and experienced faculty members.

The seminar aims to create awareness about clean India for a green future, with objectives including creating a forum for researchers, identifying alternate solutions for current issues, and educating young minds about UN-SDG goals.

Registration is available through a Google form, with a fee of Rs.100, and the last date for registration is May 27th, 2022. The seminar features three sessions with speakers Dr. M. Dwarakanath, Dr. A. Manisekar, and Dr. G.Hiran Kumar.
