Pada bab ini dibahas penerapan metode Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor dalam proses penentuan resiko kredit kepemilikan kendaraan bermotor. Prosedur Fuzzy K-Nearest Neighbor meliputi inisialisasi kelas dan parameter, input data latih dan konversi data latih, input data uji dan konversi data uji, perhitungan jarak data uji ke data latih, perhitungan nilai derajat keanggotaan setiap kelas data uji, dan keputusan klasifikasi kelas data uji. Data latih yang digunakan meliputi lama angsuran, uang muka, jenis kelamin, status perkawinan, pendidikan terakhir, jumlah tanggungan, kepemilikan rumah, lama tinggal di rumah, daya listrik, pekerjaan, lama bekerja, dan penghasilan perbulan. Data latih dikonversi ke dalam bentuk numerik untuk mempermudah penghitungan jarak. Konversi dilakukan dengan menggunakan fungsi keanggotaan pada himpunan fuzzy untuk masing-masing parameter.
