Summary

This demo paper presents KGNet, a graph machine learning-enabled RDF engine that integrates graph machine learning models with existing RDF engines to support node classification and link prediction tasks. KGNet extends the SPARQL language with user-defined predicates, referred to as SPARQL??, to support graph machine learning operators. The SPARQL?? query optimizer optimizes the selection of near-optimal graph machine learning models. The paper demonstrates the ease of integration between RDF engines and graph machine learning models through the SPARQL?? inference query language, presenting several real use cases of different graph machine learning tasks on real knowledge graphs.
