Summary

Researchers propose a multi-label few-shot learning method for aspect category detection, formulating it as a few-shot learning problem to address the challenge of limited training data. The method is based on the prototypical network and incorporates two attention mechanisms to alleviate noise in the support and query sets. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method significantly outperforms strong baselines on three datasets. The approach enables accurate detection of aspect categories in sentences with limited training instances, addressing a key challenge in sentiment analysis.
