Pre-purchased tickets are non-transferable to other dates and only valid for specified bus stops.
A binding agreement is formed when the customer receives the order confirmation via email.
Payment terms: private individuals must prepay with credit card, while larger orders from professional customers may be paid by invoice or other methods.
Cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 7 days before departure, with a 100% cancellation fee applying thereafter.
Customers must hold a valid ticket during the entire trip and may be refused onboard if excessively drunk or smoking.
Delays: arrival times are estimates and may deviate due to traffic, weather, or driving conditions.
Guide dogs are allowed onboard free of charge, while pets may be denied.
Prams and wheelchairs may be brought onboard free of charge, but space is not guaranteed.
Luggage: each passenger can bring one item of hand luggage and up to two items of checked luggage, with a total weight limit of 64 kg.
Bussring is not responsible for lost or damaged luggage, except in cases of reckless driving or vehicle malfunctions, with a compensation limit of NOK 12,000 per customer.
Changes to the agreement can be made by Bussring, with written notice provided to the customer.
Complaints must be filed in writing to [email protected] within a reasonable time after the trip.
