•Hotel has right of retention and lien on guest's luggage and property for breach of payment obligation.
•Guest declares to know accommodation rate and prices, and may be modified without prior notice.
•Guest obliged to pay total amount of service provision, and responsible for ordinary negligence of obligations and companions.
•Guest must have decent conduct and dress appropriately, hotel refrains from providing services for inadequate behavior or clothing.
