- Building Design: Three distinct stages (Vista, Horizons, SkyView) with innovative architectural forms that cater to solar considerations and privacy.
- Outdoor Spaces: 4,300m2 of shared landscaping featuring pools, paths, "Nests" (private spaces), BBQ areas, entertainment facilities, and a gymnasium.
- Material Selection: Durable materials for longevity, with lower levels blending into the urban fabric and upper levels showcasing diverse color patterns.
