2. The camp involves risks, and participants should be aware of this, including the possibility of injuries such as sprains, fractures, or lacerations, and that the staff will make efforts to ensure safety but cannot eliminate all risks.
3. The participation fee includes accident insurance, but the coverage is limited, and participants are advised to check the insurance details and consider purchasing additional insurance if necessary.
4. Food allergies will not be individually accommodated, and participants are responsible for their own dietary needs and should inform the staff of any medical conditions or allergies.
5. The schedule may be changed without notice due to weather or other conditions, and participants are expected to follow the rules and instructions of the staff to ensure safety.
6. Photos taken during the camp may be posted on the website or social media to share the camp experience.
7. Payment of the participation fee within 10 days confirms participation, and cancellation after confirmation will incur a fee of 1,000 yen plus bank transfer fees.
