Base Vehicle:
- Light automobile manufactured after October 1998, complying with the new safety collision standards, with a naturally aspirated engine.
- No engine type changes allowed, regardless of vehicle inspection status.
- Must be in a roadworthy condition, equivalent to a public road vehicle.

Engine System:
- Engine Body: No machining, welding, or grinding of original parts. Standard piston size only, no displacement increase. Only original parts allowed for replacement.
- Flywheel: 1/4 class - allowed; 2/3/5 classes - prohibited.
- Engine Mount: Marketed products only, no position changes or machining.
- Radiator & Oil Cooler: Changes allowed, including forced fan operation and ON/OFF switch installation.
- Battery: Position changes allowed, with secure fixing and isolation for non-drive batteries. Insulate positive terminal to prevent short circuits.
- ECU: 1/4 class - full changes allowed; 2/3/5 classes - limited changes; ECU sealing required for new participants.
- Ignition System: 1/2/4 classes - changes allowed; 3/5 classes - only plug and plug code changes.
- Fuel & Exhaust Systems: No changes allowed, except for 1/4 and 4 classes with exhaust modifications within safety standards.
- Turbocharger: Removal or replacement with a naturally aspirated engine allowed.

Suspension & Brakes:
- Bushings, Springs, Dampers, & Suspension Arms: Changes allowed, with minimum ground clearance requirements. No machining or welding for 3/5 classes.
- Brakes: Bolt-on components allowed, no master cylinder removal.

Drivetrain:
- Clutch, Transmission, Differential, & Drivetrain Type: Changes allowed for 1/4 class, restricted for 2/3/5 classes.
- AT to MT or MT to AT Conversion: Allowed for all classes, public vehicle inspection required for numbered vehicles.

Tires & Wheels:
- Tires & Wheels: Must meet all requirements, including same tire size for all four wheels, no tire modifications, and balanced wheel weights.
