3. Operate the shade by pulling the back cord to lower and open the vanes, and the front cord to close and raise.
4. Install a cord tensioner for child safety, mounting it to pull the cord taut.
5. Optionally install a hold down bracket to secure the shade.
For maintenance, feather dust or vacuum the shade, and spot clean with a damp sponge and mild soap. Avoid chemical cleaners and ultrasonic cleaning unless necessary.
