Safety Guidelines:

- Keep guards in place and in working order, use only recommended accessories, and check damaged parts before further use.
- Maintain a clean work area, consider environmental factors (no damp or wet locations, well-lit areas), keep children away, and store idle tools securely.
- Wear proper clothing, safety glasses (or goggles and mask if necessary), and avoid loose items that can get caught in moving parts.
- Do not abuse cords, secure work with clamps or vises, and unplug tools before servicing or changing accessories.
- Avoid unintentional startup and never leave a tool running unattended.

Warranty:

- Makita Lithium-Ion tools, batteries, and chargers are warranted for three years from the date of purchase against defects in workmanship and materials.
- Makita Pneumatic Nailers have a similar three-year warranty.
- The warranties do not cover accessories or issues due to normal wear, alterations, misuse, or non-genuine batteries.
- Makita is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
- Some states may provide additional rights beyond the limited warranty.
