Summary

Das Trainingsmodell "Qualitätssicherung mit KI" dient der automatisierten Sortierung verschieden farbiger Werkstücke mit verschiedenen Bearbeitungsschritten. Es verwendet eine Kamera, ein Förderband, Pneumatikzylinder und Lichtschranken, um die Werkstücke zu analysieren und zu sortieren. Die Analyse erfolgt mithilfe einer Künstlichen Intelligenz (KI), die ein komplexer Algorithmus ist, der eine spezielle Aufgabe lösen kann. Der Algorithmus hat den Lösungsweg selbstständig erlernt, also sogenanntes Machine-Learning (ML). Das Modell kann über eine Controlleroberfläche und eine Weboberfläche gesteuert und überwacht werden. Die Weboberfläche kann über einen Link oder die IP-Adresse des Controllers aufgerufen werden. Das Modell kann mit einem Netzteil 9V 2,5A versorgt werden und startet automatisch das Programm "SortingLineAI", wenn der Controller gestartet wird.
