To install the PD7916 Organza Ceiling LED Pendant, follow these steps:
1. Remove the Pendant Conversion kit and separate the mounting plate from the canopy.
2. Attach the mounting plate to the electrical junction box.
3. Remove the FM7916 fixture, cut off the ground wire, and feed wires through the rod spacer and back cover.
4. Select the desired hanging height by feeding wires through the rod and canopy.
5. Make proper electrical connections using wire nuts.
6. Attach the canopy to the mounting plate and secure with decorative nuts.
7. Install the shade cover by placing it onto the metal pan and turning clockwise until secure.
Ensure power is off, wear gloves, and have a qualified electrician install the fixture.
