Governance: Cultivate board relationships, ensure effective board functioning, and manage CFSA's business units, including the Community Foundation Campus.
Financial & Risk Management: Oversee budget development, financial sustainability, legal compliance (including Council on Foundations accreditation), insurance, and stewardship of Supporting Organizations.

 Excellent communication and fundraising skills, with a passion for sharing CFSA's mission and values.
* Experience partnering effectively with an active governing board.
