4-Channel Digital Isolators

These devices offer robust galvanic isolation for digital signals up to 3.75 kVRMS, suitable for a wide range of applications including fieldbus communications, isolated SPI, RS-232, and RS-485/RS-422 interfaces. They are available in four channel configurations with customizable data rates (1 Mbps, 25 Mbps, or 150 Mbps), unidirectional or bidirectional channel options, and two output default states.

Robust Isolation: Withstands up to 3.75 kVRMS for 60 seconds (VISO), 443 VRMS continuous (VIOWM), and 630 VP repetitive peak voltage (VIORM). Complies with IEC 61000-4-5 surge protection.
Versatile Interfaces: Accepts input supplies from 1.71 V to 5.5 V, directly interfaces with most microcontrollers and FPGAs.
Broad Application Support: 3 data rates, 3 channel direction configurations, 2 output default states, and 3 package options (16-pin SOIC, 16-pin QSOP, narrow body).
Low Power Consumption: Typical current consumption as low as 2.5 mA per channel at 1 Mbps and 7.1 mA at 100 Mbps (depending on supply voltage).
Safety Approval: UL, cUL, VDE 0884-10 pending.
