RECOMENDACIONES PEGADO Ó FIJACIÓN DE PANELES Y ESPEJOS:
- Las superficies que contacten deben estar limpias y secas, libres de suciedad, grasas y polvo.
- El plateado y el barniz de los espejos deben ser de gran calidad y perfectamente adheridos.
- Se debe aplicar cordones verticales de 1 cm de diámetro y 30 cm de longitud, distanciados 20 cm y en tresbolillo.
- Situar el panel y aplicar presión, esperando 2 horas antes de colocar las siguientes líneas si se colocan varios paneles.
- Se recomienda un soporte mecánico durante el tiempo de polimerización o cinta adhesiva a dos caras.
- La temperatura ambiente durante la aplicación y el secado no debe ser inferior a 10ºC.
- Los paneles de gran tamaño deben descansar sobre un soporte en la parte baja.
- La reticulación del producto BASTHER SA-100 se produce mediante reacción química con la humedad ambiental, y su velocidad depende de la temperatura y la humedad.
- La aplicación mediante cordones se traducirá en una mayor velocidad de reticulación final.
- La temperatura de aplicación debe estar comprendida entre +5ºC y +40ºC.
