DESCO 17200 HEEL GROUNDERS WITH ONE MEGOHM RESISTOR

The qualification report is for DESCO 17200 heel grounders with one megohm resistors, which meet the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20. The test results show that the grounders have a point-to-groundable-point resistance of less than 1.0 x 10^9 ohms at 23°C and 12% RH, and less than 1.0 x 10^9 ohms at 23°C and 50% RH. The test equipment used includes an ETS controlled environment chamber and an SCS surface resistance meter. The test data is as follows:
