The sensor's electrical specifications include a supply voltage of 2.5-5.5V, supply current of 5-250nA, and power consumption of 0.8-3.2mW. It is recommended to store the sensor in its original packaging, with a sealed ESD bag, and in a temperature range of 10-50℃ and humidity of 20-60%RH. If the sensor is exposed to extreme conditions, it can be restored through drying and rehydration processes.
