DoPDF Manual.pdf

doPDF is a free PDF creation software that requires administrator rights and one of the following operating systems: Windows 8/8.1, Windows 7, Windows Server 2012, Windows 2008 Server, Windows Vista, Windows 2003 Server, or Windows XP SP3 (32-bit). It also requires .NET framework version 4, which will be installed during setup if not already present. The software needs approximately 125MB of free space.

To use doPDF, users can create PDF files in several ways:
1. Using the doPDF Start page: Open the start page, select a document, and click "Create" to convert it to PDF using default settings.
2. Using add-ins for Microsoft Office: Create PDF files directly from Office applications.
3. Printing directly to the doPDF driver: Print a document to the doPDF driver to create a PDF file.

The doPDF Start page can be accessed from the program's start group in Windows 8 or by going to Start > Programs > doPDF in Windows 7 or previous versions. The start page allows quick conversion of documents to PDF, but uses default settings. To change settings, users can modify them before creating the PDF or print directly to the doPDF printer driver.
