Summary

To install Robina Laminate Flooring, follow these steps:
1. Gather tools like pencil, measuring tape, square ruler, whip saw or fretsaw, and wedges or spacers.
2. Lay the flooring parallel to incoming light and in the longitudinal direction in long, narrow rooms.
3. Use profiles to separate floors if the installation area exceeds 100m2 or if laying across multiple rooms.
4. Prepare the subfloor, lay P.E. sheets and P.E. foams underlay for the next 5-10 rows of panels.
5. Measure the room width, divide by panel width, and saw off the first row if necessary to ensure the last row is more than 2” wide.
6. Install the first panel with the tongue side towards the wall, leaving a 3/8” to 5/8” expansion gap, and use spacers or wedges to secure it.
7. Connect panels by positioning the second panel at an angle to the groove of the first panel, then push and bring down to connect.
8. Measure, cut, and install subsequent rows, using the same method as the first row and ensuring panels are off-set at least 12” minimum.
9. Tilt panels together, positioning tongues into grooves at an angle.
10. Push panels until fully flat, ensuring panels in adjoining rows are off-set and not the same length.
