dsPIC33EPXXXGP50X, dsPIC33EPXXXMC20X/50X, and PIC24EPXXXGP/MC20X microcontrollers have operating conditions of 3.0V to 3.6V, -40°C to +85°C, DC to 70 MIPS, and 3.0V to 3.6V, -40°C to +125°C, DC to 60 MIPS, with a 16-Bit dsPIC33E/PIC24E CPU, code efficient architecture, two 40-bit-wide accumulators, and single-cycle MAC/MPY with dual data fetch. They feature clock management with a 1.0% internal oscillator, programmable PLLs, and oscillator clock sources, as well as power management with low-power modes, integrated power-on reset, and brown-out reset. High-speed PWM, advanced analog features, timers, output compare, input capture, communication interfaces, direct memory access, and input/output are also included. The devices are qualified for AEC-Q100 REVG and have debugger development support. Tables 1 and 2 list the device names, pin counts, memory sizes, and peripheral availability for the general-purpose and motor control families.
