1. Log in to the Platform Homepage (mail.edmcn.cn)
- Quickly create new emails, add contacts, view account information, statistics, or edit recently sent emails.

2. Create a New Email
- Click the "Create New Email" button on the homepage.
- Follow the platform's guidance to create a new email list and complete an email marketing campaign.

2.1 Mailing List Basic Information
- Fill in the email reply address (recommended for user trust and easier communication).
- Click "Next" to proceed to the "Create Email Template" page.

2.2 Create Email Template
- Import Local Template: Upload a local HTML or TXT file. If the file contains local images, compress it into a ZIP file and upload it. The images will be automatically added to the attachment library for future use.
- Choose Platform Template: Select from various industry and product-specific HTML templates.
- Use Previous Templates: Edit and reuse previously used templates.
- Create New Blank Template: Start with a blank template.
- Click "Next" to enter the email template editing page.

2.3 Edit Email Template
- Template Name: For internal use, does not appear in the sent email.
- Email Subject: Appears in the recipient's inbox. Select "Advertising Email" to add an "(AD)" tag.
- Language: Choose between English and Chinese for template links, forwarding, and unsubscribe pages.
- Add Link Flag: Display "If the email is not displayed correctly, click here" in the template.
- Track All Links: Enable link tracking in the statistics report.
- Add Social Sharing: Include links to share the email on social media platforms.
- Unsubscribe Flag: Automatically adds an unsubscribe option to the template.
- Email Content Type: Choose between text (simple, clear, fast) and HTML (rich, interactive) formats.
- Insert Tags: Personalize content using user information, such as name or images.
- Insert Images: Upload or choose from previously stored images.
- Check Template Compatibility: Preview the template in popular email clients.

2.4 Upload Attachments
- Browse and upload attachments (recommended to compress large files and keep size under 300k).

2.5 Choose Recipients - Contact Groups
- Select the contact group(s) to receive the email.

2.6 Review and Send
- Review the email content and settings.
- Click "Send" to initiate the email campaign.
