The High Range ZPM is a zone pressure sensor designed for quick and easy field installation. It features a setup switch for outputs, ranges, units, and response time, and an optional LCD display for troubleshooting. The unit has three LEDs indicating "Out of Range Low", "In Range", or "Out of Range High". The DIRECTION switch is disabled for High Range units, with direction permanently set to "Unidirectional". Mounting is done using four self-tapping screws, and the unit should not be mounted on a vibrating surface. Auto-zeroing is required after initial setup, changing settings, or mounting orientation, and should be performed 2-3 times a year for critical applications. The unit has a selectable high range of 0 to 5, 0 to 10, 0 to 15, 0 to 25, or 0 to 30 inches WC, or equivalent Pascals. Troubleshooting tips are provided for common issues, and typical applications include duct static pressure monitoring and air filter pressure drop monitoring. The environmental operating range is -4 to 140°F (-20 to 60°C), with a storage temperature of -40 to 185°F (-40 to 85°C) and humidity of 0 to 95% RH, non-condensing.
