Events Overview.pdf

To access Events options, click the Events button at the top of the Home page.

Filter Options:

1. Events I've registered for
2. Events I've attended/checked-in
3. Featured Events
4. Registration Available
5. Incomplete Registration
6. Keyword search
7. Category search
8. Month filter
9. Custom date range search

Registering for an Event:

1. Log in to the MIC
2. Click Events at the top of the Home page
3. Use filters to find the event
4. Click Register Now
5. Add attendee information
6. Review and update attendee information
7. Click Next
8. Review order and make updates if needed
9. Add to Cart (if fee applies)
10. Review shopping cart and Check Out
11. Select payment option
12. Complete checkout process

Adding an Event:

1. Log in to the MIC
2. Click Events
3. Click Add Event
4. Complete event details:
Event title
Date and time
Recurrence
Description
Location
Fees/Admission
Contact Information
Event Categories
Photos & Images
Map Services
* YouTube video (optional)
5. Save as Draft or Submit for Approval

Managing Events:

1. Log in to the MIC
2. Click Events
3. Click Manage Events
4. View pending, current, and past events
5. Update event details and submit for approval
6. Preview event
7. Copy past event to create a new event
