+ Review build diagram and Bill of Materials
+ Configure Exadata Storage Servers and Database Servers
+ Configure networking, shared storage, and Oracle Virtual Machine (OVM) and/or Oracle Kernel Virtual Machine (KVM) guests
+ Create grid clusters, including Grid Cluster Ready Services (CRS), Automated Storage Management (ASM), and Database (RDBMS) homes
+ Install database patches and configure optional items (e.g., Write Back Flash Cache, Oracle ASM Cluster File Systems, Link Aggregation Control Protocol)
+ Perform post-installation verification and provide final summary report
 Remote Delivery: via gateway, Oracle Continuous Connection Network (OCCN), Oracle Web Conference (OWC), or industry-standard remote conferencing tools

2. Exadata Storage Expansion Rack Configuration Services

Service Offering: Oracle Exadata Storage Expansion Half or Full Rack Configuration Service (B64314) or Oracle Exadata Storage Expansion Quarter Rack Configuration Service (B66861)
 Services:
+ Configure Exadata Storage Servers, including installation of Exadata Cell storage software, logins, and network addresses
+ Create cell, celldisks, and griddisks for each storage server
+ Perform validations and update database server configuration files
+ Extend existing ASM disk groups or create new ASM disk groups
+ Initiate rebalance of existing disk groups and/or create new disk group
+ Perform post-installation verification and provide final summary report

3. Engineered Systems Upgrade Configuration Services: Database Servers
