Summary

The GRX-DACPI is an automatic daylighting control that saves energy in spaces with windows, skylights, or doors by automatically dimming lights when the sun is bright. It monitors ambient daylight via a photosensor and selects scenes in GRAFIK Eye Control Units based on the amount of daylight available. The device has four banks, each with three thresholds and four scenes, allowing for 12 different thresholds that call 16 different lighting scenes. It also features an "enforce" mode that overrides manual lighting settings and a "range qualification" timer to eliminate the "passing cloud" effect. The GRX-DACPI is compatible with GRAFIK Eye 3000 and 4000 Series Control Units and can be wired using low-voltage Class 2 (PELV) wiring.
